London: Robert Culley, no date [1909]. No edition stated, but presumed first edition (hardback). 12mo (20cm by 13cm), 294pp, 2pp adverts. 12 b&w plates by Arthur Twidle. Original illustrated red cloth, gilt titling to the front board and the spine, top edge gilt. Foxing to the preliminary pages and the edges of the text block, binding bright; overall, this book is in good to very good condition. JISC estimates a publication date of 1909, and this copy has an ownership inscription dated Sept 1909.
