About This Item

Sheringham: Wren Publishing, 2009 First edition. Hardcover book. Black cloth, gilt titles to spine, and lovely colour pictorial dustjacket from linocuts by Robert Gillmor of Red-breasted Nuthatch to front and Black-throated thrush to back. 413pp. With 16 plates of colour photos, and some line drawings in the text by Gillmor and Norman Arlott. Signed by each of the three authors. A rather special copy as this also has the typed notes of Don Dorling a distinguished ornithologist in Norfolk and in particular Cley next the Sea. The notes are tipped in next to the relevent entry and make for fascinating reading. A Fine copy in a Fine dustjacket. Pictures available.
