United States Postal Service, 1982. First edition. Colour illustrated throughout. 4to (11 12x 12 3/4 inches), 60-pages. Original faux quarter leather over blue cloth pictorially blocked in gilt. Binding a little marked else very good in the very good dust jacket. With loosely inserted: a block sheet of the 50 stamps, as issued but often lacking.
