Edinburgh: Oliver and Boyd, 1961. First edition, volume 10 (of 12) only (hardback). Large 8vo (27cm by 19cm), x, 320pp. 23 colour plates by George E Lodge. Original green cloth, dustwrapper. The leading edge of the dustwrapper is dusty, and there is light spotting of the endpapers; overall, the book is in good condition. The dustwrapper is in good to very good condition (light chafing of the edges). This volume covers Scolopacidae (part), Charadriidae, Revurvirostridae and Haematopodidae.
