Signed on the cover by Deena Schwartzbaum. 8 inches square and staple bound with flexible record by "Cult Chemistry" bound in. All printing in black on pink paper. FINE. All corners pointed. Binding tight and square. Without tears, bumps or chips. With slight wear from handling. But for some age spotting to top left front cover, not marked and very clean and bright. All items carefully wrapped and sent boxed.
