Appears unread, minor soiling to cover, spine slant, rubbing to spine corners typical of vintage paperbacks of this age, pages are clean, unmarked and binding good. Features protagonist PI detective Peter Draco. Crossen wrote over 45 pulp fiction novels, 300 short stories, numerous screenplays and hundreds of radio scripts under many pseudonyms including; Christopher Monig, M.E. Chaber, Richard Foster, Bennett Barlay, Clay Richards and more. Crossen was one of the founders of the Mystery Writers of America. Crossen was editor of the pulp fiction magazine Detective Fiction Weekly, wrote featured stories in numerous pulp magazines such as Amazing Stories, Thrilling Wonder Stories, Startling Stories, Planet Stories and is the creator of the 1940's Golden Age comic books the Green Lama and Atoman.
