The first edition of Thomas J Wise's bibliography of the works of Samuel Taylor Coleridge with its supplement. Complete bibliography of the prose and verse of Samuel Taylor Coleridge, famous English author of the Romantic Movement and a member of the Lake Poets. With its supplement 'Coleridgeiana' in the original publisher's wraps. Written by Thomas James Wise, bibliophile known as the collector of the Ashley Library, now housed by the British Library, and for the literary forgeries he printed and sold. In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding over paper covered boards and original publisher's wraps. Externally sound with some bumping to head and tail of spine and extremities, cloth back strip darkened, with minor chipping and marking to boards. Minor cracking to tail of rear joint, with back strip only lightly lifting. Wraps chipped with light loss to head and tail of spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Supplement leaves with light age toning due to type of paper used. Numerous leaves to supplement unopened including title page. Very Good
