Polished brown calf over thick wooden boards. Each board with simple blind stamp decoration, brass corners and two hasps and clasps (in working order). Spine with 5 raised bands. Wear to hinges and small loss to top & tail. Light soiling to endpapers. Clear black-letter Dutch text in double-coloumns, with marginal references, on lightly toned paper. In very good condition, just a few small blemishes and edge tears. Engraved title within architectural border; (dated 1730) . . The "Acte van Authorisatie" on title page verso is signed in ms. in ink [ Jeronimus Karsseboom ] . "De prophetien der propheten" has special half-title. Separate dated title-page to "Nieuwe Testament... 1730." Not in Darlow & Moule. ** Full title reads: "Biblia dat is de gantsche H.
