Decorated endpapers. Agewear to dust jacket, but still intact. Boards just slightly faded with age, but no tears or fraying. Spine broken at page 48, but pages still attached. Considering age, clean inside with only a bit of yellowing. Illustrations of the interiors of New England houses. Record # 30497
