New Haven: Yale University Press, 1970. First Edition. Hardcover. Very good +/good. Hardcover, 396 pp. Briefly INSCRIBED and signed by Hartman on the front endpaper. Very light foxing to the top page edges, minor edge wear to spine ends and board edges, still a lightly used very good plus copy with clean text and solid binding in a good dust jacket (shallow chipping to spine ends, soiled and a few closed edge tears). Protected in an archival cover.
