About This Item

New York, New York: Random House, 1968. Book Club Edition . Hardcover. Fine/VG-. Riveting, horrifying, absolutely chilling account of the Moors Murders of random children & teenagers in England, 1963-1965, & the two lovers--Ian Brady & Myra Hindley--who perpetrated them. Best account of these crimes ever published, IMHO. From the collection of one true-crime enthusiast (with their name label on ffep), this is a Book Club Edition (BCE) of the first American edition, first published in 1968. Hardcover book is in Fine condition: with black cloth-covered boards & gilt lettering to spine, it is completely clean, binding strong & straight, pages slightly off-white. The unclipped DJ is downgraded to VG- due to light soil & edgewear, rubbing, old price sticker residue to front cover. We are also selling the true First Edition of this title; please see our listing #021703. Our photos depict the Exact book you will receive, never "stock" images of books we don't actually have! Same day shipping on all orders received Weekdays by 2 pm (PST); later orders, weekends & holidays ship very next business day.
