Macmillan & Co., 1967. Hardcover. Good. 1967. 5th printing. 223 pages. No dust jacket. Beige cloth. Well bound and clean pages, with mild tanning to text block edges. Creasing to rear endpaper. Boards have moderate shelf wear, with rubbing and marking. Light bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Book has noticeable forward lean. Boards are slightly bowed with stains and food mark to surfaces.

DR. ALICE GINOTT is a clinical psychologist who has conducted workshops with parents and teachers and lectured widely on parent-child relationships. She is a recipient of the Eleanor Roosevelt Humanities Award. Dr. Ginott lives in New York City. DR. H. WALLACE GODDARD is an associate professor of family life at the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension and section chair of Education and Enrichment with the National Council on Family Relations. He lives in Little Rock, Arkansas.
