First in Penguin edition with an introduction with the legendary cookery writer, Elizabeth David. Covers are lovely - bright, clean covers with front cover bearings a photograph by Humphrey Sutton. Spine is very good with the lightest of 'creases' although spine is not broken and book little used. Contents are lightly age-tone otherwise clean and unmarked. 'The Best of Eliza Acton' edited by Elizabeth Ray and with an introduction by Elizabeth David. Not exlib and packed and sent with care..
