Photographic Image. Good. Hardcover. The photo album opens in June 1942 with Lt. Berg relaxing in San Bernardino, CA before shipping out to Patterson Field, OH for bivouac and training into 1943.While at Patterson Lt. Berg has snaps of the mess tent, guys playing and working, practice ariel strafing, the Officer's Mess, chapel choir pics....Next on to Oran- NW coastal Algeria where we see a series of small portraits of other men in Berg's Company We're now into 1944 and Lt. Berg has left North Africa, and we see him in Naples, Pompeii, Nancy, Capri, Marseilles; now on to Palestine Lt. Berg was attached to the 15th Depot & Supply Squadron 1942-1944, and did a lot of travelling. 150+ photographs, 1x2, 2x4, 3x5, 4x6 inches. The album is approx. 11.5" x 7.5", and the rear board appears to have been replaced. Overall in nice collectible condition. Domestic s/h $15..
