"On Sale by J.B. McCullough, 1018 Arch Street, Philadelphia" -- at foot of front cover. Publisher's advertisement for Sunday-School Journal on back cover. Publisher's advertisements on 3 unpaginated pages following text. Circular embossed stamp on front free endpaper: "M.E. Book Rooms, Publishers and Booksellers, 1018 Arch St. Phila." Gift inscription on front free endpaper: "Jennie Echternach from her teacher, S.H. Athmore." Former owner Jennie Echternach wrote in pencil on endpapers indicating that she lived in Strasburg, Lancaster Co., Pa. In Good Condition: boards are heavily rubbed, with some loss of paper; a few pencilled notations; light soiling; solid.
