Worn red cloth binding, minor soiling, spine cocked, but soundly bound with both covers firmly attached; gift inscription dated Christmas 1901, o/w the book is unmarked. The top inch or so of the text cam in contact with moisture resulting in light undulation, scattered and minor damp staining, pages generally bright and clean, although some pages show light handling wear and soiling. No dust jacket
