About This Item

New York: A.L. Burt. Reprint. Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket. 12mo. Frontis., 537 pp., + adverts., illus. Fifth edition reprint of the 1909 Lippincott edition, illustrated with movie stills. Notable for its portrayal of a Jewish doctor, Meyer Isaacson, albeit a minor character in the book. Bound in green cloth with gilt decoration on front cover and gilt lettering on spine. Edgewear and bruising to corners, edges soiled, still a very nice crisp copy.
