About This Item
London, UK George Allen & Unwin, 1964. Hardcover First Edition UK (1964), so stated. This translation copyrighted by Allen & Unwin in 1960; the original Danish edition was published in 1957. First Edition UK (1964), so stated. Very Good in Very Good DJ: Both book and DJ show indications of moderate use. The Book shows light shelving wear to the lower extremities, a bit of crimping at the heel of the backstrip; slight spine lean; the binding is perfectly secure; the text is clean. Free of any ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, inscriptions, stamps, plates, or labels. Shows a couple of very minor flaws; but remains a handsome copy: clean, sturdy, and quite presentable. The DJ shows light wear to the extremities; a one-inch 'crack' near the bottom of the front hinge; the price has not been clipped; mylar-protected. Overall, a handsome, if imperfect copy in a like DJ. 8vo. (8.8 x 5.8 x 0.9 inches). 217 pages. Translated fromt the Danish by Reginald Spink. Language: Englsh. Weight: 14.4 ounces. This translation copyrighted by Allen & Unwin in 1960; the original Danish edition was published in 1957. Hardback with DJ.
