Ward Lock & Bowden. Hardcover. Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. undated circa 1900. In good to very good condition. Full leather padded boards with gilt titles to front and spine. With some rubbing and handling marks in places. Gilt to all edges of text block with black end papers with gilt decoration. Gift inscription to front blank end paper and a small amount of foxing to pages prior to title page otherwise clean. Red border to pages. Illustrated with four full page engravings. A collection of the Reverend Dodd's favourite pieces from various works of Shakespeare.
