Black and white and full-page color plates, including black and white map frontis. Includes nameplate and call number pasted along spine. Also includes call sheet pasted on front endpaper. Revised edition. Provenance: Ex-libris. Originally from the Oliver Collection of the Royal Holloway and Bedford New College Library. Library book plate, and other library markings present on spine and inside front cover.
