Greenhill Books, 1991-12-11. hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 0x0x0. 316pp. (green spine) Folio sized. 1991. First edition. A very good, clean, tight copy in like jacket. No inscriptions, but a neat former owner's name and address small label to the upper corner of the front endpaper. A little rubbing to the lower board edges and much less so to the upper board edges at the head of the spine. The jacket has a protective transparent sleeve over it, which has been affixed at the head and tail of both flaps. The text supported by numerous photographic reproductions.
