Council Bluffs, Iowa: Monarch Printing Company, 1911. Hardcover. Very Good+. Volume itself has light green covers with still very sharp gilt lettering on the spine. On the page after the ffep there is a bound in slip that states: "Compliments/of/General Grenville M. Dodge/". 183 pages, printed on high quality paper, with a bit of age toning here and there. Light wear at the head & tail of the spine and at corners. We have placed an archival quality clear Brodart cover around the work for portection, which is easily removable, if desired. A quite nice copy; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box!
