The author traces the evolutoion of the barrel organ from its primitive origins to thye electronic consoles of modern times, with a special look at the preservation and repair of the grand Victorian-era instruments. A near fine, tight copy, bit of light staining to the outer edge of the text block. In moderately rubbed dust jacket.
