Ballet program included Tiepolesco, Don Giovanni, Quadro Flamenco, and Carnival. Prime ballerine Marisa Colaiocomo, Claudia Fernstrom, Medy Fernstrom, Argene Moret, Rossana Pacciarelli, Wally Podelvento; primi ballerini Giovanni Brinati, Adriano Vitale; and primo solista Fino Tesori. Choreography by Alanova. Some scenery and costumes by Prampolini. Orchestra conducted by Alastair Royalton-Kisch. From the collection of a veteran of the 45th General Hospital during World War II. Unusual piece of World War II ephemera. Kyra Alanova, 1902-1965, was a Russian-born American ballet & cabaret dancer and choreographer. She was active throughout the 1920s and 30s, and she was best known for dancing in the Nutcracker Suite.
