[Cambridge]: Reprinted ... from BIBLIOGRAPHICAL ESSAYS ..., 1925.. pp.[93]-127. Large octavo. String bound printed wrapper. Several chips to lower edge of rear wrapper, with clean 6cm split up from toe of spine, otherwise very good. First separate issue, as an author's separate. Inscribed in the corner of the upper wrapper: "Dr. Cushing with G.L.K.'s thanks and regards." It is probable, though not certain, that the recipient was Harvey Cushing.
