[London: Elizabeth David Ltd. Kitchen Utensils, 1969. Booklet, stapled in wrappers (14.7 x 11.8 cm.), [2], 24 pages. FIRST SEPARATE EDITION; originally issued in Queen magazine on December 4, 1968. A small but authoritative pamphlet on English bread baking from Elizabeth David, (1913-1992), the author of the later English Bread and Yeast Cookery (1977). This is one in the series of eight little books by David, mostly issued from her shop in Pimlico, Elizabeth David Ltd., Kitchen Utensils. Fine, in printed, tan card stock wrappers, titles and with a design in black, and with none of the sticker adhesion marks normally found.
