Bell , Darby et al, 1721. Hardcover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Publisher details assumed as title page is missing. Recent brown cloth binding has title in gilt to spine. New brown endpapers, followed at front by earlier marbled endpaper. On this is the card of Ray Freer-Ash and Gwladys Mary Freer-Ash of Presteigne Radnorshire, Wales. On the recto of this is written 'Bound August 23rd 1821 by Dr Enoch. The next unprinted leaf has 'Ex-libris John Evans 1821' written The dedication leaf follows with marginalia. The 8 page introduction has marginalia (names, and some latin text). The list of abbreviations has names added. The main text block is complete with occasional marginalia, fore-edges well thumbed. Only recent new rear endpaper . Smartly reboundcopy of classic dictionary. Digital images avaialble on request.
