About This Item

London: Printed for the Bibliopolists. 1892 [c.1930]. Later printing than stated. Original plain card wrappers. Page edges untrimmed, title page uncut. A very good copy, the binding firm with a little cracking to the inner hinges and minor rubbing to the extremities. The contents with a small splash mark to the fore-edge are otherwise clean throughout and free from any previous owners' inscriptions or stamps. A nice example of a clandestine reprint of a classic Victorian erotic novel. Provenance: from the library of Martin Stone. Further details and images for any of the items listed are available on request. Lucius Books welcomes direct contact with our customers.
