This hardcover First Edition is VG in VG wrapper. 259 pp including vast collection of colour and B/W plates. Size 14" x 10" the book details the excavations and 20,000 gold objects, mainly jewellry, discovered by the Afgan-Soviet archaeological expedition 1978-9. Two silk bookmarks attached, printed on good art paper, clean endpapers, wrapper has tiny creases/wear; general condition all VG . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1985.
