Leningrad: Aurora Art Publishers, 1985. 1st Edition. Brown Boards. Very Good/Near Fine. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. 258pp. A super copy. Illustrated with 166 colour plates of the objects excavated - many full page. Catalogue to the rear of the book with numerous b/w photogaphs of the objects with supportive text. Several photographs of the actual excavation. Gilt embossed lettering to the spine and gilt embossed vignette to the front board. Light bumps to one corner and to the head of the wrapper. No inscriptions. Fresh and clean. Dust wrapper has a little creasing to the head of the wrapper and to the head of the inner flyleafs. Comes in original cardboard slipcase. A well preserved copy.
