1908. TEITSWORTH, George W. BACK TO SLAVERY OR THE FALLACY OF SOCIALISM. Philadelphia, Pa.: Craven-Doan Company, 1908. Small 8vo., green cloth, stamped in white, in the original dust jacket. First Edition. A discussion of some aspects of socialistic propaganda and why is should not be adopted as a form of government. The book is comprised from articles published in "The Progress" newspaper by Teitsworth- a prominent Minnesota lawyer. Laid in is a four-page brochure promoting his other book- "Democracy Against Autocracy And Socialism." Signed by the author on the front endpaper: "Compliments of George W. Teitsworth." Near fine (little rubbing spine and some offsetting to endpapers from the dust jacket flaps); few very minor chips & short tears d/j. A very nice, signed copy! $175.00.
