Folio, rebound, cloth, illustrated with 15 mounted color (excluding title page illustration) plates. Joints cracked, a couple of pages and signatures are loose, binding with wear to extremities, spine and corners, some aging and browning, and a little soiling; however, plates are generally in nice condition. A somewhat scarce children's book that includes 15 charming mounted color plates to supplement a variety of children's songs. The illustrations are done by William Ladd Taylor(1854-1926), and the songs were provided by G.W. Chadwick (1854-1931). The OCLC locates seven copies. OCLC
