Fair copy in original cloth (covers rough and spotted, cocked, spine worn at ends and torn at top, titles faded from spine, hinges repaired with librarians' tape, book review from newspaper pasted on front pastedown, front endpapers darkened, cracked throughout, light foxing, stains to top and side edges of pp113-57). 357 pp; text clean.
