Hardcover in jacket, as pictured; the first American edition, preceding the British by some months. Light wear to book; jacket rubbed with some foxing & chipping, all four corners evenly clipped with $3.50 price rubberstamped to upper rear flap, light crease & wrinkling to spine; some foxing internally, in the gutters.
