The original newspaper, a single folded sheet on laid paper in fair condition; many short tears on edges, also chipped at the right hand of the fold so that 10 or 12 words are missing from p.1, and 2 or 3 from p. 2. This was the Aurora Company's daily paper. Has a fascinating report of the naval engagement between the privateer schooner Shadow and a British man-of-war.
