NY: Theatre Communications Group, 2008. First Edition . Trade Paperback. Second printing, in February 2008 (first printing was in January 2008), fine in wraps as issued. This copy is signed on the half title page by 19 members of the Broadway cast, including Estelle Parsons and John Cullum, both of whom joined the cast in late 2008. Some of the signatures are illegible, but other signers include Johanna Day, Susanne Marley, Michael Milligan, Drew Richardson, Madeleine Martin, Molly Regan, Samantha Ross, Amy Warren, and Dee Pelletier. Winner of the Pulitzer Prize and Tony as best drama in 2008.
