London: Hevrat Ha-Sefer/ Hebrew Publishing Company, 1925. First edition. Hardcover. g- to vg. Quarto. 48pp. [1]. Blue cloth boards with lettering, illustration, and ruling in gold and black lettering. Illustrated title page. Atlas written by Zev Jabotinsky, the leader of the revisionist Zionist movement and by Samuel Perlman, who served as editor and translator. This atlas, the first in modern Hebrew, was written to fill a gap in Hebrew schools with limited Hebrew resources and published by the Ha-Sefer press founded by Jabotinsky and Perlman. Contains 48 colored lithographic maps of the heavens, globe, continents, Middle-East and Israel as well as historical maps of the Roman Empire, medieval and early modern Europe and the city of Jerusalem. Special emphasis is placed on Jews and they places they have historically lived. Explanatory pages offer information on the places shown on the maps, often giving the number of Jews living there. Topographical and statistical maps, with text including charts and tables. Errata slip attached near the front. Text in Hebrew throughout, printed in double-column format.

Binding rubbed and stained, with some abrasions and rubbing along the spine. Interior quite clean throughout, except for some pen markings at the top of the title page, and some small staining along the top corner of the last few pages. Binding slightly shaken. Binding in good-, interior in very good condition overall.
