Boston: Printed and by J. Draper for the Booksellers, 1739. Wraps. Fair. Approx. 6.5" x 4" wraps. 8 leaves [16] pages including the covers. Stitching missing. Old thin residue on the back spine edge keeps the leaves together except for the front leave which is detached. Paper is trimmed closely resulting in tiny loss of print. Nathaniel Ames name is written in the margin of the second leave.
