Reviews
On Aug 4 2014, a reader said:
I grew up with this series, and it still kind of blows my mind that it has been fourteen years since the first book came out. I was in grade school when I was first introduced to Colfer and Fowl; I'm in college now. The world in these books--the Irish landscape and storytelling, the characters and their individual philosophies and humor--never cease to draw me back 'home'...and it IS kind of a home to me, like many of my favorite stories. Fowl reminds me that the end is not the end, that there's always another adventure and challenge coming--to dust yourself off and be ready for it. It's encouragement and escape. It's an old friend.
