Lisboa: Ministerio das Colonias, 1934. Text in Portuguese and French. Nice art presentaion with photo plates of artefacts from the various tribes of the African colonies including Guinea, Angola, Congo, Mozambique and Benim. Burgundy leather bds with Brown Morocco spine and gilt titles (possible later rebind sans original card wraps), half title page has paste on decoration in colour, title page has engraved illus in yellow both by Almada Negreiros, Pp [40] with 108 photo plates, 5 colourised with yellow glassine page over the rest b/w. CONDITION Copy is bright and crisp with some nicotene spotting mainly near ends. First Edition. Leather. Near Fine/N/A. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
