Good. 1859; "A New Illustrated Edition... with the substance of the Lectures at the Round House and additional chapters on Horsemanship and Hunting for the young and timid." Personalized gift inscription on fly page (1994). Pages are age toned with foxing, 3rd to last page is a bit wrinkled with old damp stain. Pages 153 and the illustration prior show time darkened tidemark at edge of page from clear liquid contact. Small old spill spot on top corner of text block. Maroon cloth covered boards with gilt lettering on spine. A few small rubs. Binding solid.
