Revised and enlarged from 'Elements and Practice of Riggging, Seamanship and Naval Tactics', illustrated third edition 1818; re-bound in light grey paper-covered boards, paper title panel to spine; all engravings present with some browning, moderate splitting to the folds of a few; a spill of black ink has affected pages 63-103, mainly to the edges, but with the major spill on page 100 where it does obscure some text at top and bottom, and the margin has been trimmed (without loss of text), one of the plates is slightly stained to the outer edge of the margin, picture unaffected; many tables, some fold-out to rear. Extra postage required outside Europe.. Revised Edition. Hardcover. Good.
