New York: E & H.T. Anthony, 1880. First American Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 108pp+34pp ads. Brown embossed covers, black lettering and decoration. Corners worn, covers otherwise sound and binding is tight. Text is yellowed and there is light foxing to preliminary pages, owner's name on blank verso of frontispiece, some offsetting to one page of text from apparent laid-in item. Instructions on retouching along with 4 plates illustrating retouching techniques. A well-preserved example of this uncommon book.
