Lincoln, NE: University of Nebraska Press, 1998. Hardcover. Good -/Good -. Black leatherette hardcover with gold lettering on spine. Tight and square with sharp corners. Black square drawn in marker on the bottom page edge. Pages have renumbering in ink and semi-circles around the numbers. It tapers off after the beginning pages but continues sporadically throughout. There is underlining and circling on the copyright page as well. The jacket is heavily price clipped on both flaps and the dust jacket is trimmed around the head/tail. The ISBN number has been cut from the back and covered with material from the trimmed back flap. The contents and index have been cut and taped onto the end papers. store history
