National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne, 1985. First Edition. illustrated Card. Very Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. 365 g.; II, 70 pages, last two pages blank (intentionally). The text is illustrated with black-and-white photographs, colour photographs and black-and-white sketches. Illustrated front cover, showing a reproduction of the painting by Giovanni Antonio Canaletto " Bacino di S. Marco: From the Piazzetta " 1735-40, with dark green background and white titles to the front panel and back titles to the backstrip. A little creasing and rubbing to the book corners and rubbing to the book panels. "The Iconongraphy of the Antwerp Alterpiece " has been printed separately and then inserted loosely in to the book, although it is already present in the book. The National Gallery of Victorias' bulletin about the new acquisitions and what's happening in the gallery for 1985. . Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall. Please refer to accompanying picture (s).
