Cape Town, South Africa: A.A. Balkema, 1970. Limited edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Signed by Berman! Numbered 110 of 200 copies! Quarter leather boards, small quarto, 368pp., illustrated in color and b&w. Book has rubbing to boards, edgewear that includes some scuffing of both leather and paper, title gilt on spine dulled but still legible, binding tight, insect damage to top corner of front flyleaf, mild soil to endpapers and edges of text block, otherwise text clean and unmarked. DJ has rubbing and mild toning, edgewear, now in archival mylar wrap.
