Signed with a full page inscription by Kennedy on the front free endpaper in black fountain pen ink: "My illustrious and sublime Grand Master bids me announce His last and greatest joke. What? The Kingdom of Heaven. Charles Rann Kennedy, March 9, 1922." Also signed and inscribed by Kennedy's wife (an English actress) below: "Beauty shall abound; and in the hearts of all men, deathless love. Edith Wynne Mattison (Kennedy).". Signed by Author(s).
