New York: Herb Glass, 1964. First Edition. Very good+ in decorated blue cloth covered boards with silver colored text stamping on the spine and on the front board. An octavo measuring 9" by 6" with a prior owner's name on the first free end page and dust staining to the top edge of the text block. In a very good-, unclipped dust jacket with a 1/2" triangular chip from the center of the spine area and with rubbing to the extremities. One of only 5,000 copies printed. 132 pages containing index, text and black and white photographs.
