See notes, 1988-09-01. Hardcover. Good. 192pp. (red spine) 1988. First edition. Folio sized. A good plus, tight, clean, copy in similar jacket. The text supported by numerous photographic reproductions in colour and b/w. No inscriptions. A bump to the head of the spine with some associated creasing to the overlying jacket. A 6cm fine split to the head of the rear outer joint - the book remains firm and tight. The jacket has not been price-clipped and has a little spotting to the verso.
