Washington , D.C.: Gibson Brothers, 1894. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. Quarto, 334pp. Ex-library copy with the usual markings, in original maroon cloth boards. Good only, with the hinges cracked and text pulling away from the spine. Binding, though loose, is overall intact. Numerous foldout maps are present, and all in excellent condition, in contrast to the book itself.
